My personal philosophy... :)
Trying to live in the word with wisdom. Every feeling have an opposite and sometimes we need time to become back in peace with oneself.
Life is not just pleasure... the well-being is a mix of a lot of behaviours and ways to be and ways to think, unic for everyone... But cultivate the humans vitues, for all of us, is the most important. :)
Wisdom-knowledge, courage, humanity-love, Justice, "tempérance", "transcendance"-spirituality :)

Música, películas y libros

I like à lot of kind of music... I listen pop music or electronic music when i'm playing with the ball to have à rythm, when i'm reading or when i'm writing i listen classical music... It dépend of my activities and my mood :)

I like the old books :) but my favourite autor is maybe Coelho, i like very much "the alchemist", "11minuts" and two or three other title from Coelho.
I'm interesting by the books about the research of happiness and the humans virtues.
"Positive psychology" of Martin Seligman and "L'apprentissage du bonheur " par Tal Ben-Shahar for exemple :)

All the old french dictionnary :)

The books about the wild eatable plants :)... And the toxic plants :)

I like films like the good old french comedies and the good comedies in general...
Films with emotions and the "autor cinema".

Generous children in Valencia when i was working in the streets... The make me cry by the innocense and the natural sens of the beautiful things that you can make with à ball...The Smiles on a children's faces haven't got any price!!!

To realize really the happiness to be alive through the good moments and the suufering moments... When you can really feel this, you can beleive in you dreams and be à warrior to realize yours dreams and help the people to create à good life around them.

To look at the pictures of your mother and realize that every good thing that you live come from her!

Maybe teach my "art" to children.
Maybe more than that too but the humility make me thing that with what is présent upper the persons will know if i can maybe teach something to one or more of us :)
