About Me

I am a Brazilian exchange student living in Glasgow, Scotland. I can describe myself as a very friendly and easygoing person.
I'm very interested in developing further my English skills. As I'm living in the United Kingdom, it may sound strange, but despite of being able to understand English very well, sometimes I still have difficulties in passing on my ideas when they are somehow complex or I don't have the proper vocabulary.
For this reason I'm very happy in having the opportunity to talk to locals while travelling around or to host people in Glasgow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I loved the idea in the moment I heard about it. I was able to meet lovely people and to discover wonderful places thanks to the Couchsurfing community.

Interests

I'm interested in developing my English skills and to enjoy my time in the Europe to experience as much as possible from different people and cultures.

  • traveling

Music, Movies, and Books

I like almost all the styles of music, mainly classic Rock, Punk Rock and Heavy Metal. I just can't hold so long listening to loud electronic music and really don't like when the lyrics are very vulgar.
Good movies are great entertainment but unfortunately I usualy spend little time watching them. I like Tarantino's movies a lot and some fantasy book based movies can take me the effort to go to the cinema.
I also spend little time reading books, but some of the ones I've read will definitively stay in my memory forever (Eragon Trilogy and some Brazilian literature)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A car trip in Iceland.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Portuguese to interested people and share information about Brazil and Minas Gerais or about the places I've visited.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share everything I know from Brazil, from the places I've known during this amazing year in Europe.
I can show some musics I like to listen. And I would definetively share some beer while playing pool!

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, England, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Paraguay, Spain, Wales

Countries I’ve Lived In
