Overview
About Me
My life is currently undergoing major changes and I'm a bit on the search for or back to myself.
I am curious and inquisitive and very chaotic.
I am very shy in a group of people I don't know and talk a lot when I vibe with someone.
I hate planning things and even more to make decisions.
I love giving and receiving gifts.
I have a strong sense of justice and find it hard to tolerate injustice.
I would like to write and publish a book one day and I really want to find a treasure and I hope to make the world a little bit better here and there with my words and actions.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since I started traveling, I've met great people in various places who have offered to let me stay with them. Conversely, I've hosted people I've picked up while hitchhiking, for example.
At some point I intentionally started looking for hosts with Couchsurfing and I love everything about this concept.
Especially in times like these, when the social climate is getting harsher and injustices are getting worse, when the rift between population groups and cultures seems to be getting deeper and deeper, couchsurfing is so valuable! I love the trust that complete strangers place in each other and share their homes, I love the exchange with people of different cultures, different ages, with completely different lifestyles than mine. Living and experiencing hospitality is something wonderful that brings people together in a very beautiful way.
Interests
I have a lot of interests and can get enthusiastic about things very easily.
I love nature and wildlife, any kind of water (especially the sea), hiking and long walks.
I like scubadiving, exploring cities, watching sunrises and sunsets and going on adventures, but I can also be a bit of a scaredy-cat.
I love doing all forms of arts and crafts and playing (board/card etc.) games, enjoy deep conversations and want to pet every animal that crosses my path.
I absolutely love to collect things! I have so much fun “searching” (even if I don't keep everything)... pretty stones or seashells, mushrooms/ insects/ other wild animals (there is an identification app where you collect stars with different species and compete against others, my biggest obsession ever!), little things that remind me of beautiful moments, cool stickers... I could probably make an endless list :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m obsessed with (true) crime – books, movies, series, podcasts.
Apart from that, I generally prefer watching series or documentaries to movies and have already watched my comfort series about 37294936 times.
I also love the “children's books for adults” by Walter Moers, I used to read a lot in general and unfortunately I've only been able to do it on vacation lately.
My taste in music is very broad, but at the moment I mainly listen to German rap and cumbia (Colombian/Latin American music).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In fact, there is a lot and I am grateful for everything I have been able to experience so far. (As I said, I usually find it difficult to decide - and how can I decide on just one amazing thing?)
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to learn new things and am convinced that everyone can learn something from everyone else. So I'm happy to share with you what you benefit from and I'm grateful for what you can teach me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook typical southern German food for you and am of course respectful and considerate.
