Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am on couchsurfing to meet people I may normally not interact with or have a chance to meet. I believe couchsurfing allows individuals to gain a better feel and insight into the area in which they are staying by matching them with people who may have more local knowledge of an area, thus adding to my experience of a city or town, while meeting great people.

My first couch surfing experience was in a tiny village tucked away in Tuscany. An amazing experience meeting people from all over the world while indulging in home made pasta and vino!

Interests

I love heading to the beach, going on hikes and experiencing all things outdoors, camping, swimming, biking or waking. I enjoy listening to music, hanging with friends, practicing yoga and reading.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to a wide variety of music. I am big fan of The Doors, and enjoy other bands and artists such as Led Zeppelin, Rufus, Glass Animals, Flume, Van Morrison, Angus and Julia Stone to name a few.
Since travelling Europe and the UK I have taken to reading more often, my favourite author is Naomi Klein and I enojy reading books on current political issues, philosphy and any other book which may tickle my fancy.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I wish to share with hosts my stories and experiences in which I've gained throughtout my 22 years on this planet. I am very open minded about new and different points of view and ways of life, I am constantly changing and developing my views and beliefs and wish to share anything which may be beneficial to my host.
