ABOUT ME

I love people. I love meeting people and seeing new places and new ways of life that are different and the same from my own. I love learning new things and having moments where I find myself thinking 'is this really happening?' I love sharing and listening. I am recently back from a year long adventure, trying to find my place in the default world again. I will look you in the eyes and smile.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surf and I host. I attend functions. I expound on the greatness. I encourage people who are on the fence. I tell interesting stories and take my couch surfers out to meet my friends. I love the idea of non direct reciprocation. The good that gets put into the world comes out.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Morocco. Vietnam. Czech Rebulic. Cambodia for Christmas once...40ish countries in total. Hosted people from Taiwan, Aus, Germans on car trips, and Americans looking to relocate. Hosting for almost two years...maybe 200 surfers at this point? My guest book full and falling apart and beautiful.

A flight over the Nazca Lines in Peru was so incredibly humbling. It reminds me that science can not explain everything, and that it is better if there are always pieces of our world left to the imagination.
