My name is Hendrik van der Veen, but most of my international friends call me Henry.

I live in Dedemsvaart with my wife and cat. I love making music and surfing. My proffesion is teaching English.

I love travelling and having guests. There is always room in my house for guests as long as they are polite and friendly.

Writing, recording and playing music. Lots of styles. Furthermore, I like spraypainting (not graffiti but actual paintings) and windsurfing.

Music: All sorts.... As long as it is well produced. Preferably rock, metal, soul, old R&B, but also some classical stuff.

Books: I love Ted Dekker books, and fantasy books.

Movies: almost all movies except Horror.

Went to Africa, to Tanzania for 2 weeks. Stayed at a parish in the outback of Iringa.
