My name is Anaïs but people call me Ana. I am a nearly 20-year old French student who is actually in Adelaide (Australia) for one year of study. I am passionate by cultures all around the world and try to find wonders in everything!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think it is the best way to experience the real life of locals. Being with people who want to share a bit of their lives thanks to their welcome is in my opinion a great gift and I really appreciate it. Sharing, making discover new things or just having a conversation are things I like the most.

兴趣

I would say culture in all its aspects ! Music, movies/series, books, museums, photography, theatre, ... : Arts in general are what I'm interested in, to the point I would like to work in this, organising cultural events like festivals, art exhibitions and so on.

I'm also passionate about cooking (and eating) and love to learn and taste new dishes. We may cook together :)

Travels are each time big events in my life because they are the occasion to broaden my horizon thanks to amazing experiences and meetings with wonderful people. Moreover, they are the opportunity to share new stuffs and knowledge with my family and friends when I come back home.

Exchanges are finally my biggest interests.

My taste in music are undefined. It goes from Queen to Kendrick Lamar, passing by Florence and the Machine. For me, it's more about what I feel when I'm listening the track, the rhythm, the lyrics, ...

I love historical movies, biographies and documentaries and I really follow what is on screen. I'm trying to stay open to everything, easing discoveries!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I am maybe too young to see something really amazing that I could have done. Maybe my first project of solo travel in Australia and abroad could be a milestone in my life, inaugurating a new phase.

I have the chance to travel and see the diversity of landscapes in the world. I can't choose just one amazing memory... from the Great Wall of China to the beautiful churches of Roma, I try to see wonders everywhere.

I have already faced difficult situations like many of us. It made me grown maybe a little bit too fast but this built me as a responsible and loving person. 'Accept your weakness, stay strong and go on' is now my mantra.
