ABOUT ME

I'm César, Civil Engineer from the little town of Valdivia in Chile who changed, somehow, his career towards Hydrology, the beautiful study of water. Since a year now I live in the UK, between London and Glasgow. I'm really chilled and patient. I like to travel every so often, looking for the (perfect) photography.
