ABOUT ME

Hi there! I am Robert. I am half Romanian - half Hungarian. Recently, I graduated from my master's programmes in Netherlands and soon I will start my traineeship in Frankfurt (am Main).

Meanwhile, I enjoy my life by traveling as much as I can and I am looking forward meeting new and interesting people. Besides finance, photography and sports, I am highly interested in culture and traveling. I love traveling and I try to speculate every spare weekend or couple of days for city breaks or country tours. Wherever I am going, I take the effort of understanding and integrating in the local culture. I am keen on feeling how people are actually living in those places that I am visiting. In my view, traveling is a good way to increase your general knowledge and understanding about people, countries etc.

Unfortunately I don't have any experience yet. I am new, but there is plenty of time to change this.

Interests

Photography, music, travelling, economics and cooking.

My biggest hobby is definitely photography. I am an enthuziast photographer who shoots on digital and analog(or film).
I cannot imagine life without music.
Regarding travelling, I consider myself as being an explorer.
Economics and finance are my strange passion. I am currently studying finance, so I am really interested in everything related to the field of economics and finance.
And of course, I definitely enjoy to cook.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Godfather series, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, La Vita e Bella(Roberto Benigni is simply amazing), Save Private Ryan, The Silence of the Lambs, Intouchables, American Pie series, Saw series, Up, The Schindler's List, Toy Story series. I would add that I am a big fan of Tim Burton. I love his cartoons.

Music: Dire Straits, Oasis, Queen, U2, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Bruce Springsteen, The Smashing Pumpkins, Coldplay, The Killers, Billy Joel, Haim, Of Monsters and Men, Bastille and more other cool bands. Also, I am a big fan of romanian music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess, the most amazing thing I did is when I left my home country to go to study abroad in order to experince something different and to broaden my horizons.

Also a crazy thing I've done: I randomly went to visit a city in the North of Romania and I've slept on a bench in the park during the night.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some insights about photography. I can show you how to use an analog photo camera (SLR). I am currently learning Dutch, so I would be really happy to improve my Dutch if possible.

What I Can Share with Hosts
