To get out of our comfort zone!!

ABOUT US
We have just came back for a gap year where we quit our jobs, sold our stuff and traveled around the world with the premise to wanderlust. It was an amazing experience which we would like to repeat again in the future; but for now we are back inour home town settling in once again.

We consider ourselves relaxed and easy going who likes to ask and be asked about anything. We keep curiosity as an essential part of our daily life :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We had been hosted at CS and since we experienced it, we've got immediately hooked up.

We want to now return the favor and host people and exchange culture, history and travel experiences with them.

PHILOSOPHY
Travel is not just the sights you see or the pics you take but, the people you meet on the road and how you connect with them!!

兴趣

Jorge: I like travel, history - geography, latin dancing, sports (football - the original one), movies, ancient civilizations, politics, war history, maps, engineering, technology, green source energies, linguistics origins.

Ale: I like travel and dancing too!! Brides dresses :) - photography, organize stuff, SAP, Disney, Tsum Tsum, Cooking.

We both dig into Sushi anytime...

Jorge & Ale: We love salsa music, we believe is the latin flavoured jazz.
Niche, Adolescentes orquesta, Gilberto Santa Rosa etc..
Jorge: Latin american rock - Soda estereo, Caifanes-Jaguares, Cafe Tacuba, Pericos, Fabulosos Cadillacs and regional Mexican music.
Ale: Romantic pop, Luis Miguel, Alejandro Sanz, Benny, Miguel Bose, Ricky Martin.

Favorite movies:
Jorge: The Godfather I & II, Moneyball, The Fight Club, The Payback, Whiplash, Curveball, Good will Hunting, Fracture, Silence of the lambs, Hannibal, Green street hooligans, Sci-fi time travel movies...

Ale: The little mermaid, Aladdin, The lion king I & III, Cinderella, Toy Story, Beauty and Beast. All Disney and Cartoon movies alike.

TV series: Friends, Big bang theory, Dragons Den, Shark tank. How I met your mother, Narcos, La casa de Papel, Peaky Blinders, Brooklyn 99 what a contrast...

Books: Vagabonding, The Journeyer, The Physician, The Alchemist - Basically historic novels involving travel.

The ONE amazing thing we have done is a RTW trip last year.

Done:
- Mountclimbing Nevado de Toluca
- Skydiving and Bungeejumping
- Get 2 token in rush hour at New Delhi metro haha
- Wwoofing in Sasayama, Japan
- Got lost at midnight @ Nowa Hutas Polish socialist settlement looking for our CS host apartment
- Slided the great wall of China

Seen:
- World History through our west-east journey.
- We have seen and discovered that you don't need much to be happy :)
