About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Don´t start the working life too fast, after finishing my apprenticeship ;)
ABOUT ME
I currently live and work in vancouver. The last six month I spent travelling through Alberta and British Columbia in a camper van. The last month of my stay in Canada I will spent in Montreal and I'm looking forward to experience the cultural differences between eastern and western Canada.
Back home I live and work in Heidelberg. I used to study, but then realised that I prefer nature over office desks and became a gardener. I think I´m not an very extroverted person, but I like to have people around and listen to their thoughts...and share mine when I´m in the right mood :). I share a house (that used to be a pub) with 7 flatmates plus my girlfriend. I see it as a great personal enrichment to live with so many different and unique people. Some of them are couchsurfers as well, so we always have lots of guests at home.
PHILOSOPHY
try to step out of your box sometimes...and you will find yourself in a bigger box :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed during my stop-over in Reykjavik and it was the perfect first experience. A french friend of my host just arrived too, so we shared a rental car and explored the island together.
Since I live in heidelberg I allways had flatmates who host surfers regulary. I started hosting by my self 2014 and it has been a great experience so far.
