Looking to meet as many people from around the world as I can and show them around my beautiful home of Vancouver Island. Looking to travel more in a couple of years when I am not so tied down with work responsibilities; but for now I am more than willing to play host (and tour guide) for a while.

I live in a quiet rural village a 20 minute bus/car ride north of Victoria and I work at the airport, which is about 4 km from my home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a queen size hide-a-bed couch that I am willing to share with 1-2 people. Large room with a fireplace. I have my own laundry as well if you need to wash clothes. I don't ask much, but if you could help with food and other small things it is always appreciated.

Getting my pilots licence. Sadly it has gotten too expensive these days to fly but I love it with a passion still.

Teach, Learn, Share

I restore music and photos, plus I am just a general fountain of information. I absorb as much as I can on many topics and share just as much. Learning guitar if someone wants to trade skills :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a fountain of information as well as an information sponge; I'm never short on things to talk about and I love languages, teach me something and I will try and return the favour. I also restore photo's and music. Give me a computer with audacity and photoshop, plus whatever material you would like and watch me go. I also fix and restore old typewriters and small finicky machines for a hobby (mainly because of the space I have to work)
