One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the amazing things that I've done was when I finally had the guts to lose weight. And I did. I was from 97kg to 75kg. That was 22kg in the span of 2 months only. I jogged every single day and counted every bit of calorie which was 1k calories per day. I was and am happy with the result.
