My name is Katharina but everyone calls me Kathi (you don't pronounce the "th" tough. In the spoken language it's just a "t", so it would be "Kati" :D ). I am 18 years old and finished high school this year in June.
Right now I live as an au pair in Rome and I'll stay here until July 2015. It is my first "huge" experience abroad and I love it!!! Next autumn I will start university but I don't know yet what I will study. I love learning something about foreign languages and cultures, so maybe I do travelling as my work :D That would be great.

I'm on Couchsurfing because me and a friend of mine (Sarah, 19, german) want to go to Venice from the 12th to 15th of February 2015. We hope that we can find someone who has a place to sleep for us during this time :)
