I was born in Peć, in Kosovo, Serbia, right before the war in Kosovo started. My family and I fled that war and ended up becoming refugees to the United States. I have lived here in the United States since I was 7 years old.

My mission in life is to improve the world and spread positivity as much as I can at all times. I am a student in the frozen tundra of Western New York, learning about how the world works through my studies and conversations with others.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

There are only so many things one can learn from a book -- I want to learn from my experiences and from hearing about other's experiences. The best way to do this, I think, is by having conversations with a diverse range of interesting people. I think couch surfing might be the best way to do this!

My favorite thing in the world is meeting new people. My second favorite thing is rock climbing! I especially love outdoor rock climbing. I love climbing large rocks I find when I go hiking and seeing the beautiful views and the adrenaline rush that comes with it. My third favorite thing in the world is programming. I love being able to create something from thin air and positively impacting potentially millions of people.
