Hi!

I really don't like those things where you have to write about yourself so here are a few "fun facts" about me:

1.I was raised in a small town, born I've been living in Montréal since 2010
2. I have a twin sister named Alexandra. Yes, we are identical. No I don't feel it from a distance when she's hurt, and no, we can't read each others minds.
3. My mother tongue is french, but my english is also quite good, I know a few words in Italian and I keep telling myself that I should learn Spanish eventually.
4. I love building stuff. I also love sewing stuff.
5. I don't know how to say this so it doesn't sound super cheesy, but: I think my favorite thing to do in life is laughing. People seem to think of me as a funny person.
6. I am allergic to dust, cats, dogs, feathers, many types of pollen. In other words, basically every invisible particule that floats in the air gives me a runny nose, but it's part of my charm.
7. I have an ADD and I spend everyday of my life fighting it's bad sides and enjoying it's good ones.
8. I love going on random adventures.
9. I have no talent for cooking, but I'm always willing to contribute in any way I can!
10. I love playing in the water in the summer, playing in the leaves in the autumn, playing in the snow during winter and playing in the mud in the spring.
11.Unfortunately, I never learned to play any instrument, but I love music and I like to sing. :)
12. I have a small obsession for tree houses and everything related to boats (including anything that has a white and blue striped pattern, preferably with a red detail, 'cause it's my favorite color)
13. I like talking, I think I talk a lot.

Что привело меня на Couchsurfing

I guess I'm on Couchsurfing for the same reasons as most people:

- I love to travel
- I like to meet local people from the places I'm visiting
- I don't like to be a "touristy" tourist
- I'm a poor student

I have many interests. I am a curious and open-minded person who always loves to learn new things.

Instead of trying to list all the things I'm interested in, I thought maybe telling you about my "professional" path could give you an idea of who I am and what I like. So here it is:

Becoming a clown was my first carrer plan. It lasted for about ten years. Then, I realized I really enjoyed building stuff, so I decided I wanted to become an engineer. That was my main plan throughout high school, until I was about 17 or 18. Then, I realized that a lot of things in the world were not right and that I wanted to understand why, and do something about it. Therefore, I went to study in Political Science. Then someday, I started to miss using my creativity and remembered how much I used to like building stuff, so I decided to go back to school to study architecture. That's where I am now.
