ABOUT ME

Hello, my name's Benjamin. I live and work in Brighton, England as a sound engineer. I'm self-employed so my calendar is very flexible and I get to travel a lot when I'm on tour.

Interests

Brighton is really great for music at moment. When I'm not doing the sound for bands I'm generally playing in one. I play in a few different bands with a really nice bunch of people and this keeps me pretty occupied. I like reading a lot, I'm currently into 1950s American literature involving travel and general adventures...
I like cooking, particularly vegetarian dishes. I make a mean lentil curry.

I remember watching: Withnail and I, Amelie, Home Alone 1+2, Almost Famous, Happiness, Yellow Submarine, Together, Noi Albinoi, Rushmore, Life Aquatic, 28 Days Later, Lost In Translation, Big, most films with Chevy Chase and Motorcycle Diaries and thinking they were good.
Music - largely: Grizzly Bear, Midlake, Herman Dune, Nick Drake, Jefferey Lewis...

Currently reading: The Great Gatsby.
