ABOUT ME

Well, I'm currently in graduate school working towards my Master's in Environmental Science and Management. I love to travel and explore the west, and so far have lived throughout California, Wyoming, and Montana. While originally from the flatlands of Minnesota I love the mountains and the ocean.

Interests

Hanging out in coffee shops, hiking, traveling, watching (and being disappointed by) Minnesota sports teams, exploring Santa Barbara and California. My long term goal is to make it to every national park in the western U.S.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really watch a lot of T.V. or pay to go to movies, but I love music. Some favorites: Josh Ritter, Imogen Heap, Iron & Wine, and M. Ward. But really, I like everything (yes, even country).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was in college I traveled to Cuba for a study abroad program. Running along the Malecon in Old Havana was amazing and definitely a great memory of the trip!
