About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To make the world my playground.

ABOUT ME

I'm chelsea. I'm a sociology major and over apply my learning to everything in my life. I'm an explorer by nature, I see no end in sight for learning and schooling. I'm always welcoming suggesting and ideas on how to be a better person. Travel is something I really enjoy and am fortunate my job lets me to so in the states. Laughing is common within 10 ft of me. I look to children for inspiration. I believe the best lessons we can learn in life are presented to us through people and places, rather then books. I prefer to hug instead of shake. I'm always able to accept new friends.

PHILOSOPHY

Teach. Learn. Share. - thank you couchsurfing for stealing my philosophy! Obviously my thoughts go beyond those 3 words - additions that make my philosophy simply complex would include; being nonjudgemental, just trying, helping people, stop to smell the roses, never turn down an adventure, ect...

Music, Movies, and Books

Everything!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My biggest goosebumps moment was when I was in New York Times Square for New Years eve. To be a part of this, you have to wait in corralled areas for about 12 hours with no seats, food, drink, or restroom - but the sounds of a few million people counting down from 10, then the cheering, couples kissing, confetti flying... gave me goosebumps to be a part of something so huge. I thought the wait was well worth it (my friends disagreed!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am ready to learn anything!!! Lets get to talking so we can figure out what knowledge we can exchange!
