HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Trying to meet couchsurfers, traveling, talking about it to people who don't know it exists...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been hosted several times in New York, England and Cambodia and it has been great! I've discovered things I wouldn't have discovered without my friendly and amazing hosts. It was a pleasure to experience traveling with couchsurfing...and I can't wait to meet other couchsurfers!

I've also hosted some people here in Lausanne...always been a great experience!

I love the world and I love details.
I like a lot of things, actually...traveling (surprise, surprise), listening to other's stories, photography, playing the piano, dancing, discovering, flowers, seeing someone playing an instrument, writing down quotations from books and movies, eating and cooking, the smell of fresh cooked bread, the warm rain in summer, chocolate, meeting new people, good wine, reading books while drinking tea, candlelight, listening people talk about their passions, yoga, people smiling at you in the street, surprises...and so on.

Favourite movies, artists and books? Hem...I've not been able to answer that question for years.
Let's say a mix between Michel Gondry, Isabel Coixet, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Woody Allen, Sean Penn, Stephen Daldry, Sam Mendes; Jack Johnson, Django Reinhardt, a loooot of soundtracks, Cat Power, The Beatles, Norah Jones, Matt York, Goran Bregovic, and so many others; Kundera Simone de Beauvoir, Shakespeare, Thoreau, Laclos, Rimbaud, Baudelaire, and so on...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've crossed Canada on my own...from Toronto to Vancouver by train...I've learned a lot, met people, listened to stories, read Thoreau's Walden alone in the moutains, cried in front of the speechless beauty of canadian nature...:)

Well...I can cook, talk, sing as bad you never heard, I can make you hot chocolote you won't forget!
But more generally, I would say that I'm quite open-minded and like to listen and discover things, no matter if I like it or not, it's always interesting! So I can't wait to share moments with you couchsurfers! ;)
