ABOUT ME

Hey all! I'm studying abroad for the year in Italy and am realizing very quickly how little time I have left! I'm hoping to get to as many cities as I can with the remaining time, as well as develop relationships for my planned "return" to Italy!

As a traveler, I'm pretty low key. Instead of racing around to see all the sights, I prefer to get myself lost (literally!) in a city so that I am forced to find my way. That's how I memorized Rome (if anyone wants to go to Rome and needs a guide, email me! It's not that far away from Bologna...) and how I've grown to love other cities in Italy.

PHILOSOPHY

There's too much to do to worry! Think about it tomorrow. Do it now!

Interests

At the moment, traveling is catching my main attention, but I should probably mention that I'm a literature major. That means that I like reading pretty much anything, and talking about it! I'm happy to go out for a drink, but I'm happiest when I'm sitting in a cafe with someone that's got something to say.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've written four (unpublished) novels! I write nonstop. It's embarrassing!

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach English! Also, I know a significant amount about Bologna and Rome in terms of cool places to go that aren't necessarily tourist stops. Not to mention San Francisco and Santa Barbara in the United States.
