COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed two nights in Dublin three years ago, had a great experience and can't wait to have someone over!

兴趣

I love arts, any kind. I ain't too good at them though (too much coordination and patience involved for me ;))
Painting and dancing amaze me, I love to go to plays (I did a lot of acting before), to the cinema. I don't go to concerts but I listen to a lot of music.

I, to my great shame, watch Canal Vie (a cheesy channel) and HGTV to get decorating and design ideas...and I don't own a house!

BOOKS
The Thursday Next series by Jasper Fforde (yep, with 2 'f's!) this author makes me laugh every time, his books are silly but intelligent...

L'arrache-coeur from Boris Vian (I used to hate this author--too absurd-- but this book is unusual and very poetic)

A few others: Jacques le fataliste from Diderot, Cyrano de Bergerac from Rostand, tons, tons! I can't tell them all

Authors: Raymond Queneau, Milan Kundera, Poe, Andrei Makine, Ionesco...

Poets: Aragon, Apollinaire, Jacques Prévert...

MUSIC
I have very eclectic music tastes, I have alternative, rock, folk, punk, country, pop and many more genres in my playlist. I usually can't stand electro and hip hop though.
Some groups I like: Marvelous 3, Charles Aznavour, Blue October, Amylie, Amy Macdonald

MOVIES
Again very eclectic
-Romantic comedies when I want to relax
-Dramas (last good one I saw: The edge of heaven)
-Animated movies: loved Shrek and Nemo, Bolt was nice
the kid in me isn't dead it would seem
-Thrillers and actions movies that actually have a story behind them, not just people shooting each other
last good one seen: Body of lies
