ABOUT ME

Have travelled a lot, lived in different cultures, did Yoga since teenage and learned to take care of my health with natural nutrition. I'm a free lance in marketing for holistic health and products. Love hosting when I feel available and full of energy. Generous, love cooking specially when I'm hosted at CS surfers, singing, dancing and be of service. Am interested in sharing experiences, consciousness, meditation, and paradigm shifts...ooooooh, ah, yes, and laughing at one self, very important! In fact love talking about all subjects.
Every year I need to get away from this freezing cold of Canada, so I feel grateful to have CS as an option and a way of meeting nice people.

PHILOSOPHY

Be mindful, respectful, creative, remember to LISTEN, learn, evolve, share, be in the present moment fully, see how I can help and bring people to be more aware, if they wish. Community versus individuality. Simplifying and letting go. Respect all things living on this planet and learn not to judge, as much as I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It connected me to this wonderful experience of trusting people who trust us in return by opening their homes! I have met great people and some are still friends. My main experience was in California and now I'm ready to see more. I really enjoy when I can give back by cooking or helping in any other way. I don't need much attention and don't do well when it's too noisy but love when it's alive, though.

Music, musicians, jazz, cooking, breathing, singing, reading, dancing, holistic health, swimming in warm turquoise waters, acting ( never did), quantum physics, grounded spirituality and personal growth, speaking languages. Explore out of the box subjects as well as general knowledge.

Woody Allen movies, any good movies with great actors ( except the tough ones). Jazz, acappela, music of the world, Gospel and of course the 70's and 80's as there were amazing progressive rock groups at the time... and the Beatles too!
Books: Any Osho's books, The Miracle of Mindfulness of Thich Nhat Hanh, Holographic Universe, Stan Grof, Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, etc.

- Seen a male friend of my mine transform into a women. What a gift that was that pushed me to open to what is.
- The 5 am fog in rural India. A nice Raga. A delicious Chai.
- Danced, prayed, experienced stillness
- The beach in Mexico and the many places I've visited
- The joyfulness of Brazilian people

I totally love the pilosophy of CS and I am already sharing this with my friends.
I teach people how to market themselves or their product, ideally in the holistic/health industry. I can teach how to cook, some bodywork and meditation.
