ABOUT ME

My passions are hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, surfing, skiing, fishing, and scuba diving. I love to meet new people, ask questions, and get their view of the world. I have a problem being still and really love anything physical.

I go to Colorado State University for graduate school and am very driven to achieve my goals. I want to have a job that allows me to travel, have a family, help others, and is challenging. I expect a lot out of myself and of life.

Some people mistake my high amount of energy for anxiousness or high strung-ness. But, I don't think I can or want to change this about myself. I am always training for an event, competition, or trying to master something new. I always want something to work on, strive for, or improve on. Right now I'm on a bike kick! Even if it ends up in disaster (ie white water kayaking) I love having my life and mind set broadened by my hobbies.

PHILOSOPHY

I love my life and the people in it. I would not trade places with anyone in the entire world.

I was very content and happy living in a van in New Zealand. It doesn't take much for me to be happy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a friend I met in Samoa during my time in New Zealand which was a great time. I did a lot of WWOOF'ing in NZ and need to do more couch surfing on the next adventure!
