ABOUT ME

We have lived a 3rd-world lifestyle most of our lives, and we are a spiritual family with few possessions and a low environmental impact. We are vegetarian, and strive for cleanliness, peace, and kindness. We teach Sadhana-Bhakti Yoga and Meditation. We love music, children, community, and traveling. We run a meditation ashram, and are currently in transition between two buildings. Sometimes on our travels we are hosted in others' homes, where we share and teach our Ancient Yoga practice. We also love to cook vegetarian food. We are getting ready to leave for a two week tour in our tour bus starting February 14th.
