ABOUT ME

I'm a graduate student in Albuquerque NM. My studies are time demanding so they keep me tied down to NM a bit. I love to travel though and take every chance I get to go see more of the world. More often than not, my trips take me around the US ... preferably to a coast. But I do try to get out of the country every couple of years at least. My last two trips overseas have been combo trips to Europe and Africa.

Apart from school, I don't have a ton of time for other things. The time I do have, I mostly spend enjoying the fabulous people in my life. I'm always happy for the chance to share a round of drinks, coffee or a meal with good company and conversation.

Rarer, but cherished, activities include reading a great novel or a bicycle ride to anywhere.

So far I have only had the pleasure of hosting CSers although I do hope to hit the road one day and surf some sofas :)

Interests

The world at large, the people i love (<3,<3), smart conversation, my dog(s), house plants (!!!!), (community) gardens, modern fiction, snowboarding (snow and snowsports generally really,) writing a bit here and there, reading a lot, photography (viewing mostly), art museums, outdoor activities (usually hiking in these parts or planting things and watching them grow, although I love water activities like kayaking, swimming, attempting to surf, etc.,) baking (cookies&cakes) and cooking, my bicycle, quality films, dancing (all kinds,) getting out on the town, having a good time with good people :)
