I am an outgoing, friendly, sporty individual who loves meeting other people and who thrives on working hard. I was born and brought up in Edinburgh but I stepped out of the UK for one year when only 18. I lived in a remote region of Kenya where I taught secondary school students English, Geography and Physical Education. That year (2001/2002) has dictated my future intersts (studying for 6 years in Scotland, Canada and England), working in the Communcations Team for a global research think tank (The Overseas Development Institute) in London but always building up my own business in athletics where my passion was. I direct a sports management agency at the heart of Track and Field athletics. Our base is Scotland but our reach is global.

PHILOSOPHY

I always appreciate what I have got and I inspire, motivate and challenge myself and others to think big and believe that dreams are possible. I have a wonderful job, a great team and opportunties to travel all over the world for the sole purpose of supporting our professional athletes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to the this but couchsurfed once back when Birmingham hosted the World Half Marathon Championships. Not hosted anyone but heard from friends it is great.
