About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To continue to find adventure in big and little ways every day.
ABOUT MY TOWN
I started a map of my favorite budget-friendly things about the Twin Cities (to the extent that they are mappable!). Feel free to have a look:
PHILOSOPHY
"Be truthful, gentle, and fearless." - Mahatma Gandhi
Interests
I love motorbiking, scuba diving, roller skating, reading, film, bicycling, camping, growing things, live music -- especially alternative, classical and opera -- cooking, Hendrick's martinis, lounging in a hammock (with or without a martini), old-time drive-in movie theaters, roller coasters of any kind, and most especially, conversations with people I know very well or very little.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Riding toward Devil's Tower at sunset; Glacier National Park in a thunderstorm; peering into Oregon's Crater Lake; diving with stingrays in Grand Cayman; climbing inside a section of the pyramids at Giza; seeing the Dead Sea; getting kicked out of East Berlin (when it still existed); seeing Tosca at the Wiener Staatsoper; witnessing the artifacts of Minoan civilization on Crete; Songkran in Chiang Mai.
