So many of the stories...Just spent an amazing two years teaching English in South Korea, then lots of jaunting around SE Asia, studying yoga in India, and now back in Memphis working as a YA librarian, hanging out with teenagers all day and talking about Hunger Games movie adaptations.

coucshurfed in Amsterdam, Paris, Oslo--all incredible, meeting and having adventures with the coolest people ever

exploring new places, good conversation, good music, exciting experiences. basically just taking everything in and loving it, especially now that I have so many awesome opportunities, like my semester here in germany

I listen to all different sorts of music: a lot of classic rock, classical music, in the past few years I've really fallen in love with jazz music of all sorts of different kinds, I'm also a huge fan of folk music, from joni mitchell to older stuff like django reinhardt and leadbelly. However, I'm always really excited to find mew music, so I'll listen to everything. As far as books go, I love too many to even attempt to list--but lately I have discovered Anais Nin, who is one of my current favorites. I think her adventurous spirit and openness is an inspiration.
