COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i didn't have any experence for couchsurfing before 31/3/09, but i just host one very nice guy for 3 nights from 1/4/09, thats a very good and great experience for me.. so i think i will become the No.1 fan of CouchSurfing.. I LOVE Couchsurfing..

In my first half marathon in 2009, I remember i had prepared nothing, almost no training and no exercise before.. but fortunately i did complete it although i could not go upstair by foot after a few days.. only by elevator..haha
