ABOUT ME
We are a couple and have been living together for two years. Gary was born in London, but grew up on the Kentish coast. Diana was born in Bogota, Colombia, but moved to East London in 1989. She speaks fluent Spanish, if that's of any help to any of you! We've been to Colombia, too.
We have a lot in common, but also lead quite different lives. Gary co-runs a punk/reggae/poetry night in Stoke Newington, which is awesome fun. We go on protests, and don't like men in uniform very much.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
We live in the borough of Hackney, East London which is a really great, vibrant multi-cultural area of London that may be different to what you expect from this city. We're not really keen on doing tourist things in the centre of the city, if you would like to do such activities we'll gladly give you directions etc but probably won't accompany you. We will, however, gladly show you all around the area we live and all it has to offer (which is a lot). It also probably helps if you don't mind the odd late night and have an interest in DIY culture! We also like vegetarians.
PHILOSOPHY
Question everything. Try and live by your own standards. Don't accept what you were told was true. Educate yourself.
