ABOUT ME

I'd like to find different aspects of myself through traveling while not losing myself in the process... if that makes sense.

Graduated from Fine Arts Center for classical voice & jazz voice/performance/piano/theory.
Best choice I ever made going there.

Singing & writing is how I express myself.
Piano is my lover by choice, but I am currently having an affair with the guitar...still. :]

I am intensely passionate.
I am also very silly. I love laughter, I love the sky, I love watching people as they walk by...
I also love to rhyme.

I reeeeally dig unconventional beauty..
just..in general..

Red wine is my beverage of choice & Music is my oxygen..it is my air; i breath it, live it, drink it all in.

I like off-centered pictures.. no, not pictures that are off centered (those i hate), but pictures that'r off centered.. ya dig? :]

My family means the world to me.. most days anyway.:D

I don't get on this thing much. However, I think it is a wonderful idea & I hope to meet many a people once I am able to fully couch surf!

PHILOSOPHY

I am discovering something new about myself every day. I am constantly learning & growing; therefore my philosophy about life is constantly broadened into a world of its own.
All in all, I believe I will live my life through music.. sandwiched in between writing & singing.. to use my music, my voice, my words, my lyrics, & my heart to better the life of others... to speak to those who feel they haven't been spoken to quite yet. to inspire others to find out what's really in their heart. I want my music to invoke some kind of feeling within ones soul so that they feel alive, as if to say, 'Yes, this is why we are here.' I don't necessarily want my songs playing every other minute coming out of every boom box across the earth, but i do want to share them with as many people as possible which I believe can be more than I think.. I not only want to help people, but I want to help people help myself. I want to give massive quantities of Love & feel the love from loving.

Movies: I wish I took more time to watch movies..
I do love a good rom-com, drama, thriller, indie, documentary, old films, something with good writing is always nice. The Holiday, Eternal Sunshine.., 500 Days.., The Departed, An Affair to Remember, Thumbelina, Pocahontas, etc...
Music: seriously? this would take days to talk about.. guess you'll hafta find out. ;]
Books: The Awakening by Kate Chopin, Perks of Being A Wallflower, I Can't Tell You, Round Ireland with a Fridge, Dorothy Parker, etc.

Well I went to school for music so I constantly learned about vocal technique, piano, & guitar (basic), writing, theory.. I love teaching voice & I love learning about music. I know English pretty well.. & I can cook & create.. I supposedly make a mean Margaritaaaaa..

I really want to learn how to knit, literally surf a couch, actually surf (yes, I'm from Florida & never fully learned), new languages & whatnot.
Learning how to fly would be pretty wicked as well...
