ABOUT ME

I'm just trying to feel the earth under my feet as best as I can. Adventure and hilarity are my constant companions. I am my best self when on the road and have a penchant for conducting philosophical musings between the hours of 9pm to 3 am EST. I keep a detailed journal and draw better than I take pictures. I love spontaneity and chance meetings.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I've hosted or shown around random travellers I meet on the bus. Now I'm trying to get a little more official about it--no-fare timeshares!

兴趣

scaling walls, arithmetic, eggplant and those canaries they used to cage in coal mines, artistic endeavors, creative humming, writing, reading, singing, playing sax/guitar, having insightful conversations, analyzing and having fantastically weird dreams, camping with friends, big ideas and high adventure with low heart rates, 7-11 and the prolific Big Gulp. I like to ride my bicycle. A lot.

Seeing the Dalai Lama in his hometown of Mcleod Ganj, Himachal Pradesh. Going on pilgrimage to the shrine of Vaishnu Devi and descending the mountain in pitch-black after a crazy thunderstorm. Getting through architecture school!
