Reading "War & Peace" at the moment (...), just finished some short stories by Nabakov, before that "Naked Lunch" by Burroughs. Loved "Life, a Users Manual" by Georges Perec, "Hard Boiled Wonderland" by Murukami, and all of Jorge Louis Borges' fiction.
Movies... the classics (hitchcock, film noir, kubrick) Japanese anime, esp Miyazaki... i'll come back to this one one day... I'm not even going to start with music.
