ABOUT ME

I like to consider myself as some sort of explorer or adventurer like Roy Chapman Andrews or Peter Fleming. I guess, I should have been born in the 1800s or early 1900s. But I was born 100 years later so oh well.

I am born in Hong Kong but raised and educated in Toronto. I have lived in Mongolia and now Cambodia.

PHILOSOPHY

It's much better to see something once than hear it for a thousand times.

You must see and experience something truly for yourself. Don't take anyone's word for it.

No matter how long a log floats in the water, it will never be a crocodile.

If you want to fly like an eagle, don't surround yourself with turkeys.

Have trust in people but still tie your camel.

Ride your bull to find your horse.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I`ve been traveling for the last few years so I was hosted by others. Now that I have settled home, I hope to host other CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met many amazing people from CS. Whether it be staying on their couch or welcoming me to their hometown, I wish to do the same for others as well.

兴趣

Khuumi (throat singing), playing dizi (Chinese flute), kickboxing, Filipino martial arts (Kali and Escrima), and Wing Chun (kung fu). Oh yes, I am super interested in all things related to the Silk Road (land and sea).
