ABOUT ME

I am a 26 year old chef who is taking some well needed time off to learn more about European food and wine. I will be spending the months from April- October 2009 in the food and wine districts of Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Italy, and South France. If anyone has any wining/dining recommendations whatsoever, please get in touch with me.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that you receive what you give to the world, so I am willing to give the best of myself to anyone that would like to get to know me. I believe everyone should tread lightly on the earth and be kind to each other. All the people using this facility are great examples of this.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm currently travelling, so it's hard to offer a couch to anyone. I am happy to offer a seat next to me whilst i´m travelling throughout Europe in summer 09. When I return to Australia, (and buy a couch!!) all are welcome to sleep on it.

I like folk rock and reggae music, but pretty much anything with real instruments and not computers. I pretty much just read cook books, my friends say I am obsesssed!
