I am a rock climbing, hiking, biking, art enthusiast. I work at an artist residency program called Artpace. Traveling is a must, though I am terrible at documenting my journeys. I love to write and read. Every Sunday I invent and cook a new dish...the best so far is Homemade Cilantro Ice Cream.

I try to reciprocate host's hospitality by trading my good conversation, recipes, knowledge of contemporary art, farming stories, and love of music. I look forward to hosting soon so that I may give back to everyone that has given me so much!

I went to the second largest mosque in the world in Casablanca, Morocco. It was Friday, mid-morning during the longest call to prayer. The sound echoed off of the buildings throughout the city. We approached the monolith...it was covered in vibrant turquoise tile and situated at the mouth of the ocean. Though I was not allowed into the space (I am not Muslim) it was incredible...
