About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To innovate and create. To be an instrument of change. Problem solving through design thinking.
ABOUT ME
I live with my husband, Tom and our 3 year old Indo-German son currently in Goa.
Here's a peek into what I do: www.shirinjohari.com
A Creative professional working in Innovation, Design, Brand Building, Communication / Entrepreneur / Mixed Media artist / design thinking for problem solving
I love the sea. The healing energy of water brings in its own love as I spear head into new projects and parenting life. I am a seeker. Whether it is a spiritual quest or one to new intersections in science and design, I am always asking questions.
I founded https://shirinjohari.com/Clap-Global a platform that enables international travellers to visit local school classrooms and have eye-opening conversations with students. - Listed as one of the top 20 Social innovations globally, 2017.
PHILOSOPHY
I like what Dylan says ' I guess i was born very far away from where i was supposed to be and now i'm just going home!' Because i cant explode into a hundred Shirins and explore different places and possibilities of my life, i'm going to have to discover everything a little slower. I like it that every six months i look back and see that i'm a slightly different person, hopefully better :) I try and learn something new, do something new everyday for someone else or myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm grateful to have met and hosted people who are today friends for life. Many others have expanded my world view and brought in new life perspectives. I've really had a good time taking folks out in my home town Bombay for local experiences, join into gatherings with friends or home meals. I look forward to meeting many more wonderful souls who I can share and learn from.

I can also invite you to learn a beautiful twin heart meditation and various healing breathing techniques, a bit of yoga and superbrain yoga. I often love to share on 'The Anatomy of Intuition' a talk I have been invited to give a few times - its about a exploring a hack for cultivating intuitive intelligence.
