ABOUT ME

I'm a social person, and yet I like to be on my own once in a while. I love meeting new people, listening, talking (too much sometimes)... and sometimes I just need to be quiet and may seem detached. Guess the fact I'm an Aquarius explains a lot :) Very independent, that's for sure ;) My friends are very important to me.
I come from Poznan (lovely city in western part of Poland:) where I spent bigger part of my life. Moved to Warsaw 10 yrs ago.
My last login may show different locations, among others London - I'm not there. The servers are :)

I feel we should treat all people the way we would like them to treat us. Be kind to others in this crazy world! I believe in the power of local communities.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm not an extremely experienced couchsurfer, but I have hosted lots of my friends before in all places that I lived in. Always fun!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed a few times, it was good fun and I am definitely in for more :) Met really nice people through CS, some of them are my close friends now.

Centres d'intérêt

Books, books, books...:) I love reading but recently lack time!
Also travelling, visiting new cities and feeling the atmosphere, watching people, walking or just dozing off in the park. Hiking in the mountains. Old photographs. European movies. Scandinavian design. Sailing (tried it a few years back, would love to start again). Cross country skiing - a perfect combination of being active and really feeling the beauty of nature and your inner self! Getting to KNOW people.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Just let me think... so many to choose from.
Films: Obsessively watching anything with Cillian Murphy in it :) Otherwise mostly European films. Woody Allen, Steve McQueen and Asghar Farhadi are definitely my favourites.
Books: Reportage, scandinavian crime fiction :)
Music: Radiohead, I Break Horses, Esbjörn Svensson Trio, Agnes Obel, Viktoria Tolstoy, Florence & the Machine, Kings of Leon, Rufus Wainwright, the Cranberries, Sigur Ros, Glasvegas, Lykke Li... this comes to my mind first, but it varies very much.

I could teach you how to make Janssons Frestelse - a yummy Swedish dish... Perhaps also the basics of beekeeping ;)
