This profile is about us--Jim and Fuji Kreider. Our place is called Camp Blackdog; we live on 14 acres in the NE corner of Oregon, USA. We have raised black labs over the years, hence the name; however, we currently only have one black cat.
Nowadays, we travel lightly, frequently, and with a passion to experience people, cultures and the outdoors. We enjoy spirited coversation about life and the world; cool places to go especially on paths less traveled; and learning from others!

Currently (fall 2015) traveling in Ireland, Spain, and the Balkans!

We have been couch surfing since before it was formalized (we think?). Since '77 we have hitch-hiked cross the US and Canada twice; traveled extensively staying with people, families, and numerous four-legged & winged friends on the earth; and enjoy hosting people at our home everywhere we've lived.

兴趣

World-wide Travel! Hiking, camping, road-tripping, biking, white water river rafting,... most outdoor sports (although we don't do as much wilderness back-backing or "gravity" sports as the 'ole days). We spend a lot of our time as community activists, working for social and environmental justice. We enjoy food & cooking, partying & socializing with folks, as well as just hangin' out, yoga, reading and IT stuff.
