HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the CS project but I am excited to help strengthen and enlarge this rather unique and diverse community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A quick story. I was staying with a fellow Couch Surfer in Ecuador and we were out to coffee with a surfer from Peru and one from England when my friend got a call from some Couch Surfers from Germany. After getting to know each other at the little coffee shop we had the brilliant idea of having a dinner party. We decided on Spaghetti and headed to my friends house to cook. Now its always a little interesting trying to cook with an army in the kitchen... imagine trying to cook with an army of people from 5 or 6 different countries!! It got off to a rough start and none of us were sure how it would come out in the end but despite all the minor disagreements, not only did it turn out edible... it was actually pretty good... I smile every time I remember it.

Everyone and everything. People. Art. Music. Life. More specifically... I am an amateur rock climber, I love dancing of any form but especially salsa dancing although I have a lot to learn and have never had any formal training in any type of dance. I love to sing even though I sound terrible. Living in the moment, playing soccer, riding bikes at midnight, climbing, hiking, getting caught on top of mountains in thunder storms. Exploring, off-roading, King of the Hay Bales...travel... backpacking, adventuring, rafting... volunteering, helping whoever and however I can... there is no true way to list all of my interests... I am the type of person who is interested in and curious about everything, I could spend my entire life exploring and never truly be satisfied because there are always new and exciting things to learn and discover.
