About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Getting ready for travels in South America
PHILOSOPHY
"i would rather be ashes than dust. i would rather my spark should burn out in a blaze than it should be stifled in a dry rot. i would rather be a superb meteor, every atom in a magnificent glow than a sleepy and permanent planet. i shall not waste my days trying to prolong them, i shall use my time."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to couchsurfing, but I have been travelling and "couchsurfing" unofficially for at least a decade. I've done some wwoofing (volunteering on organic farms) in the US and Latin America, which I've found is a great way too to participate and share with people from different parts of the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
The best book I've read lately are "The Witch of Portobello" by Paolo Coelho. All time favorite author I think would be Kurt Vonnegut, who I would like to think of as my adopted grandfather, rest his wonderful soul. "Bohemian Rhapsody" is probably my favorite song of all time...but I love music in general. Movie favorites include: Boondock Saints, Sin Nombre, City of God, Black Cat White Cat, House of Fools and Slaughterhouse-Five
Teach, Learn, Share
