CURRENT MISSION

I am on the Compassionate Earth Walk through October 2013. My mission is to peacefully spread awareness and positive thinking around the great ecological issues of our time. As an individual I intend to wake up and grow more and more each day.

ABOUT ME

Right now I am traveling on the Compassionate Earth Walk, which will last through October. In my normal life I am a massage therapist, which gives me my fill of helping others and personal one-on-one contact. That's what I love.

I'm a very open person, and I love listening to other people's stories and learning about all different kinds of people. I love creative and imaginative activities, like writing stories and drawing pictures and making films. Exploration, discovery, and freedom are important to me. I appreciate nature and care deeply about the environment.

People know me for my big full-hearted laugh. I love to be silly and playful with people I know well. I am receptive to others, and often play the role of the listener.

PHILOSOPHY

This world is a wonderful dream. Love it and cherish it, and share this feeling with others. Allow yourself to wake up more fully each day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have helped my roommates host couch surfers but have never personally hosted. I think it's a great resource and there is a great culture around it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not couch-surfed before. I was hoping to do some couch surfing on my trip to Italy, but that is not how it worked out.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Once I climbed up to to top of Mt. Etna with a couple of friends and looked down into the crater. Wow, that was like being on another planet. The view was completely epic and strange. We didn't see lava but encountered a lot of heat vents and sulphur gas.

I think that's the coolest thing I've seen.

It's fun to work on the same drawing with other people. One person draws for five minutes, and then we trade off.
