ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going dude. I've traveled a decent amount. Working for an airline has made it so that traveling is more of a lifestyle than simply taking vacations. Friends who do hardcore traveling would correct me and say "you've been a tourist in a lot of places" so maybe that's more apt. Probably closest to the truth is that because I work for an airline and have friends all over earth, I've done a lot of visiting.

However, there are places I'd like to go but don't have friends so that's why I think couchsurfing is wicked!! I haven't had to use it much but you have to start somewhere.

While I do my best to consider each couchsurfer's request to stay, it is much more difficult if you have no references, as that is how this community grows. So, if you are new to Couch Surfing and have no references yet, please suggest a way we can bridge that gap, be it perhaps facebook, or maybe you have a web site or blog.

My interests are simple - hanging out with good people. I really think with what's going on with the world - the economy, the greed that’s leading to eroding our planet, the drive for status and money has really skewed the sense of living contently. I guess you could say I'm trying to make that part of life important. I do it by investing time in relationships, making people laugh and just listening. More to traveling, I do like to get outside and also check out what makes a city unique through the activities they provide and what goes on there.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Definitely an amazing experience I've had happened was on a trip to Thailand. I was doing an un-assisted climb into a lagoon which is treacherous at the best of times. Myself and another guy from California were then hit with a massive storm halfway down. Climbing back up or finishing the climb down were both crazy options as even the ropes were slippery. But we decided to carry on and although the pay-off was nice, the actually climb was probably the most difficult and amazing physical performances I've tested my body with.

Oooo boy, what can I impart on a fellow couch-surfer? Well, I can say that everyday I try to further eliminate any ego that might affect the way I act and make decisions. It really did take my 20's to realize that ego gets in the way of living an enriched life.

I can show you all the cool construction sites that seem to never end in this city and are continually bothersome to everyone who lives here!!! Can you imagine a better time?!?!, . Ok ok, I guuuuesss I can share some awesome suggestions on what to check out in Toronto and Winnipeg. And I have a canoe that is in a boathouse right on Lake Ontario, still in the city that I can take you out on.
