ABOUT ME

I've been there, done that; been married and had kids, so the pressure if off! Easy going 98% of the time, but can be fairly 'determined' for the remaining 2%; open minded and believe that experiences and knowledge are why we are here; independant, maybe to much sometimes; avoid drama at all costs; believe in radical self reliance, but nothing beats hanging out with friends; it's all about the experience, the journey, not the destination. I plan on traveling in my later years. Opening my home and life to others is just the start.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is about experiences. That's it. Good/Bad, happy/sad, comforting/painful. It's all about the experience. Everything else falls in place around that one realization for me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have several friends that are members of CS, and they are all super cool! Coincidence? I think not! Opening my home and life to others is just the first step. More to come, stay tuned!

兴趣

Motorcycle riding, Improve Anywhere, art and music festivals, camping, dancing, hanging out at the beach, chilling at home, playing video games, learning to play the cello, going to the movies, hookah bars, baking cupcakes (my favorite), and sewing!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have heard a child laugh out loud for the first time in their life; watched a fellow human being have an 'ahhhh' moment and everything clicked into place; watched a mother mourn the loss of her son; seen a wooden man on fire and people truly free.
