ABOUT ME

I am a Freelance Journalist, I write for a popular Israeli women's magazine. I trained as an actress but never really worked as one because I preferred to follow my real passion- writing. That's why I went to London where I ended studying screenwriting. I also write screenplays (hopefully by next year I will make my first film). I live in Tel Aviv which is one of the coolest cities....there is always so much going on here, in my free time I like to exercise (Yoga, dance, fitness classes and aerobics) I live 15 minutes from the beach so I love to take walks on the beach with friends or even alone. I enjoy hanging out with friends, I love sitting at cafe's. I also volunteer for an organisation that helps teenagers from difficult homes.

It's my first time on Couch Surfing...but I am looking forward to becoming more involved in the future.

I haven't got any yet but am looking forward for my first couchSurfing experience- it seems like a real adventure.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

American Beauty is one of my favourite films (anything with Kevin Spacey goes) It also depends on the mood- I love foreign films (warmly recommend the film Welcome)sometimes I like action films or silly romantic commedies When Harry met Sally or How to Loose a Guy in 10 days. Tv series : 6 Feet Under, Desperate House Wives, Weeds, Entourage, Californication and Sex in the City (I couldn't avoid the cliche).
Music: Massive Attack, Faithless, Coldplay, Radiohead, Zero 7, Madonna, Depeche Mode, Jill Scott, Sinead O'conner, Amy Winehouse,Pixies, Gorilaz, Morcheeba, I love soundtracks from films-like 2046 and the hours.
Books: I love Haruki murakami (The Wind-up Bird And Tuesday's Women is one of the most fascinating books I've read the last few years), I read a lot of non fiction books about writing, pshycology and self development and I read way too many women's magazines... part of my job :-)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I've been to the wall in China and that was a sight.... I think the best thing I ever did was move to London. I went there on my own I hardly knew anyone there and I built a full life for myself. I ended up returning to Tel Aviv because I missed my family.
