ABOUT ME

Susan works with children with disabilities striving to help them be more independent. Her hope is to make a difference in someone's life each day.

Wayne works for a company in the Semiconductor industry. In his spare time he likes to repair things - Assistive Technology devices, lamps, computers, etc. in the hope that fewer things will end up in landfills.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Susan heard about CS when she was visiting her nephew in Japan last spring. She thought it would be interesting to meet people from different parts of the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our first CS experience was in Puerto Rico, where we had a wonderful time.  We look forward to couchsurfing again in the future.

Interests

Susan enjoys photography, nature, hiking and water skiing. She is active in her church. She has four children ages 19-27 who she enjoys creating memories with.

Wayne enjoys reading and helps Susan with her photography by matting and framing her prints. He is also active in their church in many areas, including starting a garden that raises produce for a local food bank; over 2000 pounds last year!
