About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To study every wine region in the world as on of the United States youngest sommeliers!
ABOUT ME
Right now I have never left the United States. I dream about traveling the world and gaining as much knowledge about different cultures (and their wine cultures) as possible. This world is too big to sit at home in a 9 to 5 job. I hope to first travel to northern Italy (and maybe make my way up to southern France and a little bit of Austria) and who knows from there! I'm an energetic, fun loving person (of course everyone says that!) but I love the outdoors and am usually up for anything. I would love to be the next Anthony Bourdain (he's my hero), and live life to the fullest.
PHILOSOPHY
I always wear my heart on my sleeve and unfortunately with that comes a lot of suffering. I want to live everyday to its fullest and see and do as much as I can. Everything in life happens for a reason and the key is to be able to take those experiences and grow from them and use them to your advantage. From the good and the bad times I try to mold myself into a better person, and from me being a better person I hope it helps those around me make better lives for themselves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now I'm just getting started and planning my trip to Italy this summer (July 09). But when I get home my roommates and I would love to learn more about hosting if anyone wants to come see historic Charleston!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Fell in love
Teach, Learn, Share
I know a lot about wine and most of it is book knowledge, I would love to learn more about viticulture and viniculture side, and also how it relates to peoples cultures. I'm a wealth of weird facts as well and also know a lot about fine dining and the American restaurant industry.
