i had several surfers (most from germany coincidentally) at my house in seattle this last year.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

no 'CouchSurfing' yet but i've certainly surfed on my own accord.

i really believe that i can learn something (if not anything) from anyone...i have no idealization about who i'd like to meet. i think the same applies for me and what i could teach someone.

a really powerful aspect of couchsurfing is that you are befriending someone who is removed from your everyday life and will only be there temporarily. i think this leads to an interesting interaction.
