ABOUT ME

I am a 22 year old student, aiming to travel the world. I have studied Viticulture and Oenology in South Africa and I am extremely passionate about WINE and WINEMAKING!!!Of course not the misuse but the appreciation thereof.

I am going to study further in this direction for 2 years and I will be travelling France, Italy and Spain. I am extremely excited and just joined "CouchSurfing", because I aim to visit as much places as possible.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a Christian and love Jesus with all my heart, because of His intricate involvement in my life.

Although I am an outspoken Christian, I would never force my personal opinions onto anyone, unless asked for:)

I do not have a couch available in South Africa at the moment, because I will be travelling shortly, therefore I am a surfer at the moment:)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have just joined and have no experience at all, but hope to change that soon!!!

Interests

I am a nature lover and adore the outside environment. I love hiking, walking along the beach etc. I also love animals a lot.

I love children and aim to have a family with lots of kids one day (definitely a while form now).

And obviously...I adore everything about wine!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy debating interesting issues (especially over a nice glass of wine). I love movies (of course), especially those with real human interest. I enjoy movies like "Kite Runner".

I listen a lot of music, but I especially like jazz, and cafe style music. I also like rock. Singers like Norah Jones and Jamie Cullum are amongst my favourites.

I enjoy novels with a story based on the truth. In this way it's fun to read but you also learn about the world and other people.

I also read any book I can find on wine, nature and travelling.
